AI controls

Standard is Ask, drafts, and Finder when someone asks. Opening a page does not call the model.
Advanced adds dashboard tips and guidance the user did not ask for, and runs automatic background email analysis. That analysis only drafts and flags items for review: it never sends email or changes a status.
Morning preparation is included on Advanced and is on by default; an admin can turn it off. AI supports the user and does not replace them.
AI cannot change customer data or send or post outside the workspace without the user approving that action.
Do not claim ISO 27001 or that AI writes or sends without approval.

Microsoft integration boundaries

Microsoft 365 is optional. A person can review Inbox when it is enabled, send email they confirm, save drafts, open the full message in Outlook, and create an Outlook event from a Vorber appointment after they confirm it. AI email drafts are text only. Copying matching Outlook mail onto a customer record stays off unless an administrator turns it on.

Do not describe two-way calendar sync, Teams meeting links, shared mailboxes, OneDrive or SharePoint access, Outlook contact import, bulk email, or an unattended email agent.
