About Vorber
- This website is operated by Vorber Technology Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16395984 and VAT number 492 082 189.
- Registered office: Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7JN. Use https://vorber.com/contact or email [email protected] for website and service enquiries.
- Vorber CRM and its registration journey are intended primarily for businesses and people acting for business purposes.
Using the website
- The website provides information about Vorber, its CRM product, pricing, security approach, integrations, contact routes and registration journey.
- You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or misleading information, interfere with forms, scrape abusively or try to disrupt Vorber systems.
- Website content is provided to help you evaluate Vorber and may be updated as the product, packages and commercial terms evolve.
Trials, workspaces and subscriptions
- When a business starts a trial or paid workspace, the Business Service Terms at https://vorber.com/service-terms and Data Processing Agreement at https://vorber.com/data-processing are incorporated into these terms and form part of the agreement.
- Trial, registration and subscription routes are intended for legitimate business evaluation and use of Vorber.
- Package, pricing, storage, seat and billing information should be shown before a customer commits to paid use.
- Vorber Accounts remains the commercial source of truth for pricing, billing state, subscription entitlement, discounts, invoices and account access.
- Any order summary and service terms presented through the authorised purchase journey form the applicable commercial agreement. These website terms do not replace a specific written order or negotiated agreement.
Microsoft and connected services
- If you connect Microsoft 365 or another provider, Vorber will only use the permissions granted to provide the connected feature requested by the user or enabled by the workspace administrator.
- You or your Microsoft administrator may be asked to consent to specific Microsoft permissions before Outlook email, calendar, profile or meeting-link features can be used.
- Connected-service access can be withdrawn or disconnected according to the controls provided by Vorber, Microsoft or the relevant provider.
- Some Microsoft tenants may require administrator approval before users can connect a third-party application, even where the application publisher is verified.
Email and calendar responsibilities
- Users should only connect Microsoft accounts and mailboxes they are authorised to use for their work.
- Vorber email features are intended for customer communication, CRM timelines and workflow evidence. They are not intended for bulk marketing, spam or unauthorised mailbox monitoring.
- Vorber calendar features are intended for CRM appointments, customer visits, meetings and related scheduling workflows.
- If a workspace administrator disables a Microsoft feature, users may lose access to that feature inside Vorber even if their Microsoft account remains connected.
Accuracy, availability and support
- Vorber aims to keep public website information accurate and useful, but website wording should not be treated as a custom quote, bespoke contract or legal advice.
- Features, packages, integrations and service behaviour may be adjusted to improve security, reliability, usability or compliance.
- For questions about product fit, trials, support, billing, security or integrations, use the Contact page or email [email protected].
Intellectual property and third-party services
- Vorber's website content, branding and software are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view the public website and use an authorised workspace for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse protected material except where law permits.
- Links and connected services supplied by Microsoft, Mapbox, Stripe, Cloudflare, Google or another provider remain subject to that provider's own terms and availability.
- A link to another service does not mean Vorber controls every statement, security decision or service change made by that provider.
Acceptable use
- You must use Vorber and the public website lawfully and in a way that does not harm other users, tenants, Vorber systems or connected providers.
- You must not upload, submit or transmit malicious content, credentials that do not belong to you, unlawful material, or data you are not permitted to share.
- Vorber may restrict, suspend or refuse access where needed to protect the service, users, security, billing integrity or legal obligations.
Governing law
- These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory law gives a person another right.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
